Spring has finally arrived, and as it does every year, the warmer weather brings my thoughts to Atlantic City, where Boardwalk Seminar® 2026 will take place in just a few weeks.
This year’s three‑day gathering is scheduled for Wednesday - Friday, April 29 - May 1, at Harrah’s Resort in Atlantic City.
If you have not already done so, I encourage you to review the impressive list of programs and register as soon as possible.
Now in its 45th annual year, Boardwalk Seminar® 2026, presented by the NJAJ Educational Foundation, Inc., offers an unparalleled opportunity for New Jersey trial attorneys to come together to deepen their skills, strengthen their professional networks, and obtain mandatory CLE credits.
But before we meet at Boardwalk, I want to reflect on several important moments from the past month and highlight what lies ahead.
On February 26, NJAJ hosted the 9th Annual Awards Dinner, an evening that left me deeply inspired and proud to be a part of this membership. It was an honor to present this year’s awards to the deserving recipients. Their acceptance remarks were among the most powerful I have heard, and if you were unable to attend, I encourage you to view the full video recording here.
Coming up, the Women’s Trial Lawyers Caucus (WTLC) will host its next virtual WTLC Roundtable on Wednesday, June 3, from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Zoom. You can register here.
The WTLC Roundtable events are free and open to all NJAJ regular members. WTLC will also host its annual Women Litigators’ Luncheon at Boardwalk Seminar® on Thursday, April 30, 2026. Learn more about NJAJ's Women Trial Lawyers Caucus here.
Also ahead, NJAJ’s 2nd Annual Family Day will take place on Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm at Roosevelt Park in Edison. The rain date is Sunday, May 31. I encourage you to bring your families and join us for an afternoon of friendship, fun, and connection.
Spring is also a reminder that my term as President is nearing its close. I hope you will join NJAJ as we install Richard J. Albuquerque, Esq. as NJAJ's 65th President, along with the 2026–2027 elected officers and national representatives. The Installation Dinner, An Evening at Caesars, will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2026, with a cocktail hour from 6:00 to 7:00 pm and dinner from 7:00 to 10:00 pm. Registration is now open, and you may also purchase an ad in the Ad Journal to congratulate the incoming officers and support NJAJ.
As always, I look forward to seeing you at our upcoming events. And don’t forget to recruit a new member, as the 2026 Membership Drive contest is underway.
