The EDDM 2025 Exposing Deceptive Defense Medicine Seminar is taking place on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at The Palace at Somerset Park in Somerset, NJ. This program is held every two years and provides a wealth of information and techniques NJAJ members can use when deposing or examining defense doctors.

One of the major benefits of the program is that all attendees receive copies of defense doctor reports, deposition and trial transcripts that can be invaluable when cross-examining these doctors. We have material dating back to 2013.

But we need your help.

The seminar co-chairs are asking all NJAJ members submit reports, or transcripts of depositions or trials within the last two years to headquarters so they can be included in the EDDM 2025 materials. Personal information should be redacted from reports.

The NJAJ 50-50 Committee is coordinating this effort, but we need everyone to pitch in and share the material they have so that we can provide as many reports and transcripts as we possibly can.

The more material we can gather, the better the material that can be provided to seminar attendees.
