Q. What year did you join NJAJ?
A. 2020

Q. Why did you join NJAJ?
A. At the time I joined I was a brand new attorney. I wanted to network, meet trial attorneys, and learn from their experiences.

Q. Why did you become involved in the WTLC?
A. I wanted to be a part of the WTLC because of the different perspectives, to be surrounded by strong and inspiration women, and to hopefully one day, be a mentor for another young female litigator.

Q. What is your favorite vacation spot?
A. Merida, Mexico. My family lives in the Yucatan so every vacation is always an adventure.

Q. Why did you become a lawyer?
A. Unfortunately, when my parents came to this country, they were misguided by attorneys who did not have the best intentions. At a young age, I made the decision to be the attorney my parents should have had – an honest and caring one.

Q. What do you like to do in your free time?
A. Walk the OCNJ boardwalk with my family or take on a new baking recipe.

My favorite quote is: “To laugh often and much: To win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children, to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty, to find the best in others, to leave the world a bit better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know even one life has breathed easier because you lived. This is to have succeeded.”
