Q. How does your company help trial lawyers?
A. As legal nurse consultants, we can provide valuable assistance to personal injury and medical malpractice trial attorneys in a variety of ways. By using our training and expertise, we can evaluate medical records, determine the proper standard of care, assess causation, determine the value of a case, and provide ongoing support throughout litigation.

Q. Tell us something new or unique about your company, product, or service.
A. At Legally Yours, our chronologies come rich with analysis, hyperlinks to authoritative research to back our analysis, hyperlinks to important case documents, and diagrams to explain client injuries. This allows trial attorneys to have everything at their fingertips and practice more effectively and efficiently.

Q. How is NJAJ important to you?
A. The members of NJAJ play a very important role in fighting for justice for its victims. As a business partner of this association, it allows us to join in that fight, using our expertise to provide trial attorneys with ammunition needed to get the justice each victim deserves. It’s our way of contributing to the voice behind those that cannot speak.

Q. What makes Legally Yours different from other legal nurse consultants in the business?
A. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, delivering a quality work product, and strong communication with the attorney’s litigation team in determining the best possible strategy for their client’s case. We consider factors involving case needs, budget, bargaining position for settlement purposes and most of all, a rewarding outcome or satisfaction of justice for their client. It’s not just about business, it’s about building strong lasting relationships with our attorney clients.
