Attorneys need to earn 24 CLE credits every two years. Of those, five credits must be in ethics and professionalism with two of those credits devoted to Diversity, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias.

Under the rules of the Supreme Court Board of Continuing Legal Education, lawyers with birthdays between January 1 and June 30 must complete their credits by the end of this year and report their compliance as part of their Attorney Registration in 2024.
